what products do you use during treatments?
I use Neal’s Yard Organic Remedies to enhance treatments with high-quality, ethically sourced, and organic products. Their blends of herbs, botanicals, and essential oils support both inner and outer wellbeing. For Celluma LED Light Therapy, I use Altruist Skincare, a brand developed by a UK-based Consultant Dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon. Altruist products are vegan, cruelty-free, coral-friendly, and support charities helping children with albinism in Africa.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee at my discretion, as last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill. Frequent cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Can I bring a friend or partner to my appointment?
There is space in my treatment room for a friend, mum, or driver, but I encourage you to experience your treatment fully immersed and distraction-free. However, if you need someone with you, that’s absolutely fine.
Where do I park?
You can park for free on my driveway—there’s plenty of space!
Do you treat men?
Unfortunately, no, as I often work alone.
Will I need to tell you about any medical conditions?
Yes, please let me know at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, as some may require GP consent before treatment. If needed, I can provide a permission letter for your doctor to sign before your appointment.

How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients feel noticeable benefits after just one session, while others choose a course of six or more treatments to experience longer-lasting results. We will review your progress along the way and adjust the plan if needed.
What treatments can be included in a bespoke plan?
I offer a wide range of holistic therapies, including reflexology, aromatherapy massage, lymphatic drainage massage, Indian head massage, hot stone massage, reiki, Mian Dui facial reflexology, and LED light therapy. Your plan can include a combination of these treatments, carefully chosen to support your health and well-being.
Are there any discounts for booking a treatment plan?
Yes! When you commit to a treatment plan of six or more sessions, you will receive a discounted rate as a thank you for prioritising your well-being. The exact discount will depend on the chosen treatments and duration of the plan.
Can I change my treatment plan once it has started?
Absolutely. Your body and mind evolve, and your treatment plan can, too. If you feel a different therapy would suit you better or if your needs change, we can adapt your plan to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
How often should I have treatments?
This depends on your goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for continuity, while others come fortnightly or monthly. We will discuss what works best for you during your consultation.
Do I need to pay for all six treatments upfront?
To receive the discount, payment must be made in full either before your first session or at the time of your first session. This locks in your discounted rate and secures your treatment plan.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Can I purchase a bespoke treatment plan as a gift for someone else?
Yes! A personalised treatment plan makes a wonderful and thoughtful gift. I can create a bespoke gift package, ensuring your loved one receives treatments tailored to their needs.
